I had the privilege of facilitating a three-day training focused on localization, leadership, and advocacy, attended by 17 participants from 14 local CSOs: hashtag #AISDA, hashtag #PIADO, hashtag #CIFA, hashtag #EPGEA, hashtag #WGF, hashtag #JeCCDO, hashtag #AEID, hashtag #PIDA, hashtag #LHSD, hashtag #RH, hashtag #SWDA, hashtag #FICDO, hashtag #Kelem, and hashtag #GPDI.

The outcome of the training was to empower members of the Ethiopian Local Lab to assess their organizational capacities and develop clear action plans based on #JohnMaxwell‘s 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, whether for their individual organizations, the Ethiopian Local Lab, or as individuals. Additionally, we crafted a localization strategy that aligns with the scope and priorities of the Ethiopian Local Lab and NEAR’s initiatives.
